NCA holds derby leg at Ynares

MANILA, Philippines - The National Cockers Alliance holds the second leg of the NCA stud derby circuit on Sept. 20 with another banner field disputing top honors at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

To be hosted by Rudy Albano, Mario Villamor, Jimmy Ang, Efren Canlas, Rudy and Jun Jingco, and Jet Fernando, the event is expected to be participated in by Bebot Roxas, Mayor Ellan Nagano, Manny and Arman Santos, Patrick Antonio, Ka Luding, Jhon Paul Dy, Johnny Jalandoni, Jun Mendoza, Ramon Mancenares, Danny Teves, Eric dela Rosa, Alberto Cruz and Gerry Ramos.

Others expected to vie for the championship are Raymond Burgos, Bong Carreon, Gov. Ito Ynares, Elmer Nepomuceno, Charlie Ang, Tommy Chua, Osang dela Cruz, Ruel Ricafort, Ricky Magtoto, Boyet Joson and Allan Siaco.

Meanwhile, Bebot Roxas of Tarlac and Mario Villamor emerged as co-champions in last week’s kickoff leg of the circuit, finishing with five points.

Jun and Rudy Jingco and Mayor Ellan Nagano of Tarlac came in next with 4.5 points while Manny and Arman Santos, Patrick Antonio, Ka Luding, Engr. Efren Canlas, Jhon Paul Dy, Johnny Jalandoni, Atty. Jun Mendoza, Ramon Mancenares and Danny Teves pooled four points each.
