Golfshow slated at SMX

MANILA, Philippines - Golf enthusiasts from all over the metro and nearby provinces are expected to visit the SMX Convention Center this weekend for the biggest gathering of all major golf brands.

It’s the time of the year for golfers to save with a huge inventory of discounted golf merchandise including isle after isle of clubs, bags, accessories and other items from Nike Golf, Adams Golf, Bridgestone Golf, Ping, Mizuno, Taylor Made, US Kids, Foot Joy, Titleist, Maruman, Fourteen, Callaway, Phiten, Oakley and Loro.

Organized by the Golf Distributors Association of the Philippines, the 16th Philippine International Golf Show will run until Sunday and is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Featured activities are longest drive contest, iPING putting challenge, raffle and a free seminar for golf course managers by Prof. Robert Morris, a horticulture specialist and associate professor emeritus of University of Nevada.

GDAP members Acro Golf, Aetna Manila, Besa’s Shoes, Great Depot, Pacsports, Pauline’s Group Inc., Master Sports, Raymundo’s Trophies & Sculptures, RMA Trading and Transview Golf lead the roster of exhibitors.
