Immuvit cycling hits road this weekend
MANILA, Philippines - The Pilipinas Cycling League Immuvit Race Against Time Series holds its third leg this weekend with another huge field expected to vie for top honors in various categories at the Clark Free Port in Pampanga.
The team time trial race over a 47.7-km course kicks off the action in the Masters and Executive divisions tomorrow while an equally tough field is expected to see action in the women’s category set over 23.7-km route.
Also on tap on the first day is a 63-km circuit race in the men’s A and B categories in the Masters and Executives classes and a 42.4-km circuit race in the women’s and junior categories.
Action heats up on Sunday with the staging of the ultimate road race in all divisions with participants in the Masters and Executive Men’s A and B categories clashing in the 118-km and those in the women’s and junior classes disputing the title on a 71.1-km route.
Clark also hosted the first leg of the event, organized by Len Plus T, Inc. and Paceline Sports Group and held to promote a healthy, active lifestyle.
The second leg was held in Subic, also the site of the fourth and final stage in November.
