First lateral night drift up at Clark

CLARK, Philippines – The first ever night drift in the Philippines dubbed Round 4 and Round 5 of the Lateral Drift Championship Series is slated this weekend at the Clark International Speedway in Angeles, Pampanga.

Round 4, set 5-10 p.m., will be the only night drift competition this weekend, wherein drift participants will experience a new challenge and adjustments on night track and drifting conditions while giving spectators a different perspective on night racing at the racetrack.

The 1320 Shoot Out Invitational Night Drag race will also be held the same night. Round 5 on July 26, will be considered fun under the sun as drift action heats up from 1-6 p.m. of the last round.

Lateral Drift Productions organizers headed by Charlie Cruz, also the assigned race director, will guarantee that necessary safety measures, precautions will be on hand to anticipate accidents.
