Los Baños netters top Alcalde Cup

MANILA, Philippines - Los Baños dominated the field to top the sixth Amado Alcalde Memorial Cup tennis tournament at the San Pablo City Tennis Club in San Pablo City, Laguna recently.

The event, which drew men’s and women’s teams from San Pablo and Los Baños, featured competitions in the Open 1 and Open 2, 35 years and above, 45 years and above, and 55 years and above.

Justine Buendia, Ryan Carlo de Leon, Jonathan Listana, Julius Listana, and Joel Listana made up the Open class roster while Jonathan Bernardo, Kevin Yaptenco, Jose Mari Valmayor, and Bong Rañeses led the 35-and-above squad.

Victor de Padua and Alliver Revilla composed the 45-and-above team while Jun Montemayor and Jun Revilla played in the 55-and-above division.

Christine Valmayor, Gigi Revilla-Arizola, Imelda Revilla, Lus Magostrado, Ruby Alingalan, Len Maduc, Ferz Manuel, PJ Amboy, and Hazel de Padus made up the ladies squad.
