MEFP bowl resumes at Bowling Inn

MANILA, Philippines - Action in the first Marriage Encounter Foundation of the Phils. (MEFP) South Cluster bowling tournament resumes at 6:30 tonight at the Bowling Inn on Taft Ave.

The tournament, which aims to promote camaraderie among members of the South Cluster, kicked off last week with MEFP president couple Robert-Tinette Aventajado gracing the occasion.

MEFP South Cluster coordinator couple Jun-Lody Virtudazo rallied 10 teams from five of the South Cluster Communities, including ME All for Jesus, ME Holy Mary of Guadalupe, ME Pagsibol, ME Sta. Clara de Montefalco and Don Bosco M.E. Foundation.

Tournament director couple Bert-Violy Magsakay planned the 2011 first season MEFP bowling tournament for 18 consecutive Thursdays.

The weekly event is supported by team captains Ben Duterte, Edgar Alicio and Ed Ochoa of Sta. Clara de Montefalco; Manny Tan and Timmi Rubio of Holy Mary of Guadalupe; Pepe del Pilar and Bob Barbiran of M.E. All for Jesus; Vic Buencamino and Philip Gorospe of M.E. Pagsibol; Louie Gonzaga and Bert Magsakay of Don Bosco M.E. Foundation.
