Coach E opens kids classes

MANILA, Philippines - Coach E Basketball School opens the next batch of classes at venues in San Juan, Quezon City, Alabang and Makati next month for kids and teens.

International Basketball Academy (IBA) instructor Jod Penson said students are categorized into Li’l Ones (7 years old and below), Rookies (8-11 years old) and All-Stars (12 years old and above) with courses focusing on fundamental skills, shot training and playing under a team environment.

Penson added the classes are set at Xavier School in San Juan on July 18 (Monday and Thursday at 4-6 p.m.), Club650 in Libis on July 22 (Fridays at 5-7 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m. to 12 noon).

San Beda Alabang and The Zone Makati classes are set starting July 23 with Saturday and Sunday schedules from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. All classes are up to September and 16 sessions divided into eight teaching sessions and eight practice sessions.

Coach E Basketball School has Asia ’s lowest instructor-to-student ratio at 1:5.
