Eurodach dominates ABC Sponsors Cup

MANILA, Philippines - Hermi Prudente, Ricky Martinez and Walter Villanueva of Eurodach combined for 2483 to rule the Architects Bowling Club’s eight week of Sponsors Cup at the Green Valley lanes in Pasig City last week.

The Famcor team of Jun Cheng, Romi de Jesus and Martinez came in second with 2424 while Zeny Prudente, Ronnie Javier and Sonny Esguerra of Moldex Pipes finished third with 2411 in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Manny Padit of Philflex Wires and Cables took the bowler of the week title with a four-game series of 1000.

Crown Pipes Supreme, composed of Paul Ayson and Dante Manglicmot, pooled 58 points to seize the lead after eight week of competitions with Famcor and ABC Phl in joint second with 56 followed by Boysen Perlecenter and Emerald, which both assembled 54 points, Morning Sun, Duraflex and Crown PVC Pipes, which had identical 52 points, Boysen Knoxout (50) and Firefly-Royu (48).

Meanwhile, action in the event, backed by Supreme Steel Pipes, August Alliance, ProActive Pest Control, Concrete Ventures, HCG Phl, Niraga Trading, Boysen Suede, Unitec Pipes, Duraflex THW/THHN, DN Steel, Homeworks, Atlanta Pipes and Philflex Cables, resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of the Sponsors Cup finals, also at the Green Valley lanes.
