In This Corner features Laguna boxing card

Manila, Philippines - Rod Nazario’s In This Corner resumes with its featured boxing card in Sta. Rosa, Laguna in today’s 7-8 p.m. episode over NBN-4.

The only boxing program on primetime presented by Ginebra San Miguel, San Miguel Beer, Purefoods, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and Petron, kicks off with a six-round preliminary at flyweight featuring Harry Gutana against Eranio Semillano.

Then in the main bout, Michael Borja battles Marvin Avila in an eight-rounder at minimumweight.

The boxing promotion was spearheaded by Brusmick International Boxing Promotions of Engineer Ariel Araja, who also owns a boxing stable based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
