Pacquiao threw more, stronger punches

LAS VEGAS – The match summary, from the number of punches thrown, landed and missed clearly showed how old Shane Mosley was on the ring last night.

Because in 12 rounds and 36 long minutes, the once speedy guy from Pomona threw a total of only 260 punches.

He threw 199 jabs and landed only 51, and unleashed only 61 power punches, landing only 31.
