PCSO boxing series on at Cantada Sports

MANILA, Philippines - Amateur boxing takes centerstage anew when the PCSO Metro Manila Amateur Boxing Championships series resumes today at the Cantada Sports Center in Taguig.

The event, presented by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office and supported by Mapecon and Toyota Balintawak, has lured promising simonpures from Mandaluyong, Caloocan, Manila, Taguig, Pasay, Payatas, Antipolo, Malabon, Las Piñas and Muntinlupa.

“It’s ring action at its rawest and most thrilling, once again, at the Cantada Sports Center. We are proud to be considered now as one of the homes of amateur boxing in the country. We’re just doing our part in discovering future ring heroes and possible Olympic gold winner,” said Edgardo “Boy” Cantada of the organizing Joe Cantada Sports.
