UP frat holds golf fund-raiser
MANILA, Philippines – The UP Grand Order of the Eagles Alumni Association, Inc. will hold its first golf tournament dubbed the Golf with a Cause on March 4 at the Canlubang Golf and Country Club in Laguna.
Teeoff time is at 7-9 a.m. with fabulous prizes at stake in the tournament to be played under System 36.
Proceeds from the fund-raiser will be used to augment the organization’s outreach programs like reforestation, assistance program to calamity-stricken areas, and scholarship for needy but deserving students, medical dental missions among others, according to UP GOEAA president Ed Castalone.
The tournament also serves as the kick-off leg of the 45th founding anniversary of the UP Grand Order of the Eagles Fraternity on March 5. For ticket sales, contact or text Bambi (0922-7496906) and Cenon (0928-3133650).
