Martin Cup: SBC sinks Mapua five

MANILA, Philippines - San Beda edged Mapua, 67-64, and Letran downed Centro-Escolar U, 70-64, to boost their respective campaigns in the seventh Fr. Martin Collegiate Open Cup at the San Beda’s St. Placid Gym in Mendiola.

National U’s Teams A and B walloped Technological Institute of the Philippines, 68-50, and STI, 65-56, respectively, in the other men’s matches while NU’s women’s squad downed University of the Philippines, 47-36, in the event backed by Molten, gameface.ph, Gerry’s Grill, Phiten, Myphone, Data Blitz, Taichi, Commuter Express, Freeball and 91.5 Energy FM.
