PCSO women's volley on at Cantada Sports

MANILA, Philippines –  Twelve teams are competing in the first event of the 2011 PCSO Women’s Inter-Collegiate Beach Volleyball Series which gets going today at the Cantada Sports Center in Bagumbayan, Taguig.

Ateneo, UE, College of St. Benilde and Arellano U head the cast fighting it out in the one-day tournament organized by Joe Cantada Sports.

Cash prizes are at stake for the top two finishers in the event backed by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, Mapecon and Toyota Balintawak.

Complimentary breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks will be served to all participants and officials.

The series is scheduled every two weeks and is conducted under the rules and regulations of the Philippine Volleyball Federation.
