MANILA, Philippines – Bacolod City’s rising featherweight Leonard Guardiano will be in the spotlight in this week’s episode of Rod Nazario’s In This Corner.
The latest bout of the 20-year-old fighter from Negros Occidental opposite Regie Binueza serves as the main match of tonight’s program from 7- to 8 p.m. over NBN-4. The event is presented by Ginebra San Miguel, San Miguel Beer, Purefoods, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, Biogenic Isopropyl Alcohol and Petron.
The two slugged it out over eight rounds at the Pagcor Hotel and Casino in Bacolod November of last year.
Previous fights by Guardiano against Andy Adajar and Binueza versus Jhunriel Ramonal will also be shown.
In the preliminary match, Jovane Marinduque and Roel Peligro clash in a four-rounder.
