Yulo Memorial golf slated at Cangolf

MANILA, Philippines - The Jose Yulo Memorial golf tournament unfolds Jan. 29-30 at the north and south courses of the Canlubang Golf and Country Club with another banner field clashing for top honors in Cangolf’s premier member-guest event.

Up for grabs are the overall team championship, the individual low net and gross titles and the low gross team crown with fabulous prizes also to be raffled off during the awards rites.

Deadline for listup is on Jan. 21. Fees are pegged at P3,000 for spouse member/dependent and P6,000 for guest, inclusive of green fee for two days, breakfast, lunch and snacks, pull cart, raffle prizes and two practice rounds.

Organizers said the tournament, held in honor of the former Speaker, will use the PAL (Stableford) system aggregate scoring with 0 for double-bogey, 1 for bogey, 2 for par, 3 for birdie, 4 for eagle and 5 for double-eagle or hole-in-one.
