Elepaño re-elected CCC tennis club

MANILA, Philippines – Arnold Elepaño, director of UPLB-College of Engineering and Agricultural Technology-Institute of Agricultural Engineering (CEAT-IAE), was re-elected president of The College Country Club, the 46-year-old association of tennis enthusiasts at UP Los Baños.

Other officers of the sports club for Year 2011 are BPI’s Jose Mari Valmayor (vice president), Nelda Habacon of Energy Development Corp. (secretary), Kevin Taptenco of UPLB-CEAT-IAE Agriculture and Bioprocessing division chair (treasurer), Ben Arizala of UPLB College of Forestry and Natural Resources (sports director).

Former CEAT dean Dante De Padua and Ramon Valmayor, president of the Philippine Agriculture and Resources Research Foundation, Inc.

Founded in 1964, CCC has as its members officials, scientists, professors and staff members of member-institutions of the Los Baños Science Community (LBSC), now constituted by 23 international, regional and national academic and research institutions based in Los Baños.
