MCC tourney tomorrow

MANILA, Philippines - The MCC 1900 below standard chess tourney will be held tomorrow starting at 1:30 p.m. at the Eton Cyberpod Corinthian Bldg. 1 at EDSA cor Ortigas Ave., Pasig City.

Open to beginners, unrated and rated players whose NCFP ratings are not over 1900, the five-round Swiss system tourney offers two choices of schedules: a two-day long game competition using the 75 minutes time control and the one-day semi-active event using the 20 minutes time control.

The one-day tourney is set at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday.
