Panaguiton reigns in ABC circuit bowl

MANILA, Philippines - Eugene Panaguiton of Ta-tong sizzled with an eight game series of 1679 to capture the Architects Bowling Club’s circuit championship at the Playdium bowling lanes on Araneta Ave., Quezon City last week.

Buddy Segui of ABC Phils. rolled 1605, Jimmy Ocampo of American Wires scored 1592 and Johnson Villanueva of Crown Supreme Pipes had 1569 to finish second, third and fourth, respectively, in the weekly event sponsored by Nation and Boysen Paints.

In the non-qualifier event, Dong Concepcion of ProActive Pest Control carded a 1556 to bag the crown.

Meanwhile, action in the event, backed by Concrete Ventures, Famcor, DN Steel, Boysen Konstruct/Knoxout/Virtuoso, Supreme Pipes Corp., Duraflex, Euro Dach, Atlanta Tiles, Philflex Wires and Cables, Hocheng Phils., Universal Tech/Pansun, Medwest Tech. Inst., Emerald Vinyl, Firefly-Royu, SP&A and Unitec Pipes, resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of the monthly championship at the Green Valley lanes in Pasig City.
