Sports science seminar slated

MANILA, Philippines - Sports Science Initiatives (SSI) will hold its final seminar for the year with endurance training as the subject matter on Dec. 11 at the Metro Club in Makati.

Topics to be tackled in the seminar sponsored by Phiten, Bodivance, Gatorade, KT Tape, GelSmart, Otto Bock, and Rehband, are Methods of Endurance Training, Bioenergetics of Endurance, Nutrition for Endurance, Fluid Guidelines for Sports Performance, and Training for Multi-Sports with resource speakers coach Ani de Leon,, former national triathlon champion Arland Macasieb and Sanirose Orbeta, sports nutritionists for previous Philippine national teams.
