Sharks, Bulls seek win No. 2 in BP Series VII

MANILA, Philippines - Defending champion Manila and Batangas face separate rivals today, looking for win No. 2 and a share of the lead in Dunkin’ Donuts Baseball Philippines Series VII at the Felino Marcelino Baseball Stadium in Taguig City.

The Sharks take on the expansion team Quezon City Angels at 1 p.m. while the Bulls battle the Taguig Patriots in the first game at 9 a.m.

Manila and Batangas kicked off their respective campaign with contrasting victories with the Sharks hacking out a close 5-4 win over the Cebu Dolphins and the Bulls dominating the Alabang Tigers, 12-2, in eight innings in last week’s opener of the league organized by Community Sports Inc.
