MANILA, Philippines - The eight-week all- championship games of the Architects Bowling Club starts at 7 tonight with the event to culminate in the annual championship on Dec. 7 at the Green Valley lanes in Pasig City.
The board of directors of ABC decided to cancel last week’s Sponsors Cup due to the untimely death of 2003 ABC past president ad former bowler of the year awardee Rafael Villanueva.
The weekly event, sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints, is backed by Concrete Ventures, Famcor, DN Steel,. Boysen Konstruct/Knoxout/Virtuoso, Crown Pipes Supreme, Supreme Pipes Corp., ABC Phils., ProActive Pest Control, Duraflex, Ta-tong, Euro Dach, Atlanta Tiles, SP&A Const., Philflex Wires and Cables, Hocheng Phils., Universal Tech/Pansun, Medwest Tech. Inst., Emerald Vinyl, American Wires, Firefly-Royu and Unitec Pipes.
It resumes at 7 tonight with the holding of positioning on the Sponsors Cup, also at the Green Valley lanes.
