Ynares hosts NCA stag derby Sept. 14

MANILA, Philippines - The National Cockers Alliance stag derby circuit will be held Sept. 14 with the best in Philippine cockfighting vying for top honors at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Hosted by Gov. Ito Ynares and the Firefly Group and Eric dela Rosa and Elmer Nepomuceno, the event will feature stags banded by NGBA, GFBand, Bakbakan, Rizal GBA, Salpukan, SGBA, and PAGBA.

2010 NCA Cockers of the Year Mario Villamor and James Uy, along with Gerry Ramos, Patric Antonio, and Manny Pacquiao head the event’s roster along with Jun Topacio, Ricky Reyes, Luding Bungaling, Efren Canlas and Leny Tuaño, Bebot Uy, Capt. Goto, Manny and Arman Santos, Ramos, Ferdie Buensalida, Ruel Ricafort and Edgar Santos, Ricky Magtoto and Ricky Valencia;

Rey Tanbis, Tommy Chua and Osang dela Cruz, Bebot Roxas and Paul Estrellado, Atong Ang, Danny Teves, Teng Rañola, Ernie Austria, Rene Medina, and Vice Mayor Nestor Mercado and Lito Orillaza.
