MANILA, Philippines - Nenita Leyba, mother of The Philippine STAR sportswriter Olmin, passed away yesterday after a lingering illness. She was 63.
She was survived by husband Roding, children Olmin and Cha, brother Gener and sister-in-law Cynthia. The remains lie in state at the Leyba residence in Baclaran, Parañaque.
Interment will be announced later.
