Vasquez tops AGC July golf

MANILA, Philippines - Andres Vasquez submitted 35 points to top the Architects Golf Club July tournament at the Orchard Golf and Country Club Player Course Thursday.

Cordel Guanco and Daniel Go were the runners-up in the event sponsored by Boysen Paints and backed by Bryan Isaiah Trading and Construction Inc., Coach Concepts and Designs, Crown Pipes, Decopro Inc., Deso Hot and Cold Piping System, Excellence Appliance, Expert Interior, Famcor Glass Works, Glasstemp Industries Inc. and Hocheng Phils. Corp.

Wilfredo Cruz ruled Group II with 34 points, George Go emerged Group III winner with 39, Manuel Ko topped Group IV also with 39 and Primitivo Milan triumphed in Group V with 30.

First runners-up and second runners-up were Rogelio Bonifacio Jr. and Dante Yatco in Group II, Romeo David and Eymard Agbing in Group III, Allan Garcia and Joven Guevarra in Group IV, and Jerry Cham and Rolando Francisco in Group V.
