Emerald Vinyl 'West B' tops ABC tilt

MANILA, Philippines - Paeng Villanueva, Violy Magsakay, Jimmy Ocampo, Vic Sison and Denis Jalandoon of West B team of Emerald Vinyl fashioned out a pair of come-from-behind victories to capture the Architects Bowling Club’s Team Baker Fun Game at the Green Valley lanes in Pasig last week.

Emerald Vinyl West B defeated Duraflex’s East B squad of Ronnie Javier, Boy Roldan, Rocky Borja, Ron Sy and Joey del Rosario in the semifinal round while the Boysen East A team of Romi de Jesus, Buddy Segui, Joan Mendoza, Edna Beltran and Jerry Cham eliminated Philflex Wires and Cables North squad of Boyet Libiran, Zeny Prudente, Hermie Prudente, Dante Manglicmot and Manny Padit.

Emerald Vinyl West B then pounced on Boysen East A team’s Cham’s big split (7&10) error in the last frame to grab the Team Baker crown.
