Pacman leads NCA World derby roster

MANILA, Philippines - Newly elected Cong. Manny Pacquiao goes head-to-head with members of the National Cockers Alliance (NCA) and other guests in the World Championship Derby beginning today at the Ynares Sports Center in Pasig.

Pacquiao is fielding in his best entries in the event, sponsored by Sagupaan Compexor, which will have its semifinals on May 27 with the finals set May 29.

Out to foil Pacquiao’s bid are Cong. Iggy Arroyo, Pete Ison, Ellan Nagaño, Gerry Ramos, Ferdie Buensalida, Teng Rañola, Elmer Nepomuceno, Bebot Villar, Mario Villamor, James Uy, Patrick Antonio, Manny and Armand Santos, Rene Medina, Cong. Ito Ynares, Jun Santiago, Bebot Uy, Efren Canlas, JV Magsaysay, Ruel Ricafort, Danny Teves, Tommy Chua and Osang dela Cruz, Ricky Magtoto and the Batangas and Cebu groups.

The guest list includes Joey delos Santos, Luding Bungaling, Blandy Tolentino, Gen. Nestor Gualberto, Alex Atienza and Johnny Martinez, Boy de Roca, Gerry Ferridal, Bebot Roxas, Alex and Gerry Escalona and Atong Ang.
