MANILA, Philippines - Karl Boyes of Great Britain defeated Niels Feijen of the Netherlands, 13-12, to rule the Etisalat WPA World 8-Ball Championship 2010 at the Fujairah Tennis Club in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates late Saturday.
