Del Rosario, Ayson, Soriano shine

MANILA, Philippines - Noel del Rosario of Unitec Pipes rolled a six-game series 1434 to bag the Group 1 crown, Paul Ayson of Asian Lumber scored 1125 to cop the Group 2 plum and Lito Soriano of SP & A Const. Had 1084 to annex the Group 3 trophy in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at the Green Valley lanes, Pasig City last week.

Dante Manglicmot of Pro Active Pest Control came up with 1429 while Benny Tan of Atlanta Industries rolled 1354 to finish second and third, respectively, in Group 1, in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paint.

Bibs Luzande of Concrete Ventures submitted 1113 and Joey del Rosario of Duraflex had 1104, to place second and third, respectively in Group 2, while Jimmy Ocampo of American Wires scored 1065, and Albert Ong of Boysen Konstruct came up with 979 to finish second and third, respectively, in Group 3.

Meanwhile, action in the event, backed by Firefly-ROYU, Emerald Vinyl, Medwest Tech Inst., Universal Tech/Pansun, Hocheng Phils., Philflex Wires & Cables, TOTO, Euro Dach, Ta-Tong, ABC Phil, Boysen Knoxout, Boysen Virtuoso, DN Steel, Crown Pipes and Famcor resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of quarterly championship also at Green Valley Lanes in Pasig City.
