MANILA, Philippines - In response to numerous requests, organizers of the 21st Annual Yakult 10 Miler have appointed Mizuno outlets at the Trinoma Mall and at the Bonifacio High street as official registration centers for the Yakult 10-Miler slated March 7 at the Cultural Center Complex.
With over P30,000 in cash awards plus trophies, medals and yakult gift packs at stake, the run has thus far attracted over 1,500 entries.
Competition is open to kids 6-12 years old in the 3K run, and 13 years and above for the 5K fun run and the 10-Mile (16km) centerpiece event.
Registration fee is P300 with singlet issued upon registration. All finishers will receive additional finishers t-shirts and a bottle of Yakult unique health drink with Lacto Bacilli Shirota Strain. Registration ends on March 3.
With Roxas blvd. as the venue of the run, Yakult 10 Miler is supported by the cities of Manila, Pasay and Parañaque, the Philippine National Red Cross, NCRPO, the traffic enforcement group of the Manila Police District, Pasay City and Parañaque, the Pasay City Parking and Traffic Management Office, MMDA Southern Sector and the Spectrum Communications.
