Libiran, Talosig top V-Day bowl

MANILA, Philippines - Boyen Libiran and Carmen Talosig of Asian Lumber rolled 1575 pinfalls to top the Architects Bowling Club’s Valentine Doubles at the Green Valley Bowling Lanes in Pasig City last week.

Walter Villanueva and Aida Gonzalo of Crown Pipes placed second with 1563 while Cynthia Tan and Tony Naval of Atlanta Industries scored 1550 to finish third in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

The Perfect Game 300 will be sponsored by Duraflex Wires, which will also back high game 275. High game 250 sponsor is Philflex Wires and Cables while 225 high game sponsor is Stone 2000. Japp Soco of Universal Tech/Pansun topped this week’s high game series with 857.

Meanwhile, action in the event, backed by Unitec Pipes, SP&A Firefly-Royu, American Wires, Emerald Vinyl, Medwest Tech. Inst., Hocheng Phils., Philflex, Toto, Stone 2000, Ta-tong, Duraflex, ProActive Pest Control, ABC Phils., Supreme Pipes, Concrete Ventures, Boysen Healthy Homes and Boysen Permacoat, resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of the all-events singles three-group, also at the Green Valley lanes.
