Asuncion, Leputre win

MANILA, Philippines - Marcelo Leputre and Dennis Asuncion held off Joel Salamangka and Paul Sianson, 6-4, 7-5, to bag the crown in the Prime Alliance Global Logistics, Inc. pro-am tennis doubles tournament at the Olivarez Sports Center in Sucat recently.
Arvin Ruel and Alwin Cruz placed third while the pair of Don Sianson and Ricky Florendo finished fourth in the tournament also held to raise funds for the Handicapped Center Lourdes, Inc. (Caritas Manila) which supports multiple handicapped kids under the “Palo Mo, Tulong Mo” program.
Augusto Garcia and Michael Ayes tandem defeated the team of Edward Cruz and Buboy Dalisay, 7-5, 7-6(3).
