Segui claims ABC singles bowl plum

MANILA, Philippines - Buddy Segui of Supreme Steel Pipes Corp. rolled 1382 pinfalls to rule the Architects Bowling Club’s singles event one group at the Green Valley Bowling Center in Pasig last week.

Jed Tiongson of Stone 2000 scored 1379 while Noel del Rosario of Boysen Paints had 1318 to finish second and third, respectively, in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Meanwhile, Del Rosario, the ABC president, is inviting all licensed architects to join the event held every Tuesday as ABC braces for its 33rd anniversary celebrations in Bangkok, Thailand in May.

The tournament, backed by Atlanta Industries, SP and A Const., Firefly-Royu, Pansun Pipetech Corp., Emerald Vinyl, Medwest Tech. Institute, Universal Techno-Piping Corp. Hocheng Phils., Philflex Wires and Cables, Toto, ProActive Pest Control, ABC Phils. and Crown Pipes resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of the Sponsors Cup three-man team, also at the Green Valley lanes.
