Female pugs at SCOOP today

MANILA, Philippines - Members of the Philippine women’s boxing team, headed by Asian indoor Games gold medalist Annie Albania, will be the special guests in today’s SCOOP Sa Kamayan session at the Kamayan Restaurant in Padre Faura.

Albania and company, including silver medalist Mitchel Martinez, bronze medal winner Josie Gabuco and coaches Boy Catolico and Roel Velasco will be discussing the team’s performance in the ongoing Games in Vietnam as well as their chances in the coming Southeast Asian Games in Laos this December.

Also appearing in today’s forum, sponsored by ACCEL, are Philippine Amateur Judo Association president Dave Carter and members of the RP judo squad to the Laos SEA Games, their coaches and triathlon association head Tom Carrasco.

Carrasco, along with his secretary general Rick Reyes, will be talking about the association’s newest international race scheduled middle of this month in Subic.
