New Balance run reset to Nov. 29
MANILA, Philippines - The New Balance Power Run... Raising HOPE has been reset to Nov. 29, due to inclement weather conditions brought about by typhoon Ondoy. The event will still be held at the Fort Global City, 5:30 a.m.
The management of Planet Sports, Inc. and organizers of the New Balance Power Run said all participants must keep their race packets for Nov. 29 run.
“The safety of runners, sponsors, beneficiaries and guests is the first priority of Planet Sports, Inc. and we want to ensure that participants will have a good running experience, which is why we have decided to move the run to a later date,” said Anton Gonzalez, president of Planet Sports, Inc.
With its new schedule runners can expect a well-organized run. Total cash prizes of up to P100,000 and raffle prizes await runners, supporters and guests.
