Sonsona faces Ramonal tonight

MANILA, Philippines - In This Corner will show tonight (7-8 p.m.) over NBN-4 the main event of the Biñan Boxing Fiesta between Eden Sonsona and Jhurriel Ramonal.

Sonsona of the Wildcard boxing gym (Parañaque) and Ramonal from the Wow Magic Sing boxing stable (Biñan, Laguna) slugged it out recently in a 10-round bout featuring two of the country’s top bantamweight and presented by Ginebra San Miguel, San Miguel Beer, Purefoods, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and Biogenic Isopropyl Alcohol.

The top rated boxing program is also going to air in the preliminary matches between Jeffrey Cerna and Kosta Luzarito and Harry Gutana against Robert Orot.

Mayor LenLen Alonte and the Biñan municipal government put up the boxing card last month held at the Biñan town plaza in Biñan, Laguna.
