Jalandoon, Ochoa best in ABC

MANILA, Philippines – Denis Jalandoon of Sika Phils. scored 1393 to bag the Group I crown while Romy Ochoa of Stone 2000 made 1172 to cop the Group 2 title in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at the Green Valley lanes in Pasig City last week.

Jerry Cham of Boysen Paints had a 1356, Lito Zubiri of Pacific World Bldg. Mgmt. scored a 1352 while Manny Padit of Philflex Wires and Cables had 1317 to finish second, third and fourth, respectively, in Group I in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Tony Sabater of Emerald Vinyl (1060), Malou del Rosario of Supreme Steel Pipe Corp. (1060) and Cynthia Tan of Lepanto Tiles (1050) placed second, third and fourth, respectively.

Meanwhile, Jalandoon and Nonoy de Jesus make up the second batch of Philflex 250 Club while Romy Ochoa and Violy Magsakay join the Crown Pipes/Firefly 225 Club. Greg Mare made a rare feat by sparing pins 7 and 10.
