World Slasher Cup semis under way
MANILA, Philippines – Action in the World Slasher Cup eight-cock derby heats up today with the staging of the semifinal round with more than 80 matches on tap at the Araneta Coliseum.
Hosted by the Pintakasi of Champions and organized by the Araneta Center, the three-day event is sponsored by Thunderbird Bexan XP and Sagupaan Complexor 3000.
The semis clashes will start at 3 p.m.
Leading the cast with two wins apiece are Superdave San Lorenzo (Kenneth Cigar and Son/Sonny Lagon), Hawaiian Cigar San Lorenzo-II (Kenneth Cigar & Son/Sonny Lagon and Chika Babe Balasa Max (Dr. Boy Tuazon).
