Pacquiao Cup staked in National Cockers Alliance derby

MANILA, Philippines – The Manny Pacquiao Cup will be staked in the National Cockers Alliance (NCA) World Championship Derby which unfolds May 19 at the Ynares Center in Pasig City.

Bebot Villar, James Uy, Eric dela Rosa, and Jun Topacio are defending their title in the event which will have its semifinals on May 21. The finals is set on May 23.

Reigning cocker of the year Rep. Iggy Arroyo and runner-up Patrick Antonio are also tipped to contend for top honors along with their foreign counterparts.

Dan Gray, who is teaming up with the Firefly Group, Tom Wilson, Boyd Campbell Jr., and Joe Sanford head the roster of foreign participants in the event.

In the recent NCA derby, Firefly III of Beboy Uy won the solo championship with five points.
