Chess arbitration seminar slated

MANILA, Philippines – A two-day chess arbitration seminar will be held May 8 and 9 at the Barangay Session Hall, Cristimar Village, Brgy. San Roque, Antipolo City.

Organized by the Lores Chess Club, Inc. headed by Jose Febiar and supported by San Roque barangay captain Arman Panganiban, the seminar will have as lecturers international arbiters Gene Poliarco and Erwin Carag and national arbiter Rudy Ibanez.
