JRU extends streak to three in FCBL tiff
MANILA, Philippines – Jose Rizal U pulled off a 90-88 thriller over Far Eastern U to notch its third straight victory in the TriDharma Mktg. Corp. Filipino-Chinese Basketball League second Freego Jeans’ Cup at Buddhacare Gym near Araneta Ave. in QC last Tuesday.
Joshua Saret fired a team-high 32 points while Louie Vigil added 24 points, including key baskets, in the final quarter as the Light Bombers streaked to their third win in a row after an opening game setback in the high school caging supported by Energen Cereal Energy Drink, Hi-Smart Vitamins and Nutri-C Juice.
