Golf Show unfolds tomorrow at NBC Tent

MANILA, Philippines – The Golf Distributors Association of the Philippines opens the second GDAP Summer Golf Show tomorrow, with the support of the world’s biggest equipment and apparel distributors, at the NBC Tent, Fort Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.

Major golf brands including Adams Golf, Callaway Golf, Maruman, Mizuno, Nike Golf, TourStage, Wilson Staff, Dunlop Golf HTM, L79, Loro, Oakley, Phiten, Taylormade and Titleist will put on display their products in the weekend exhibition, which is expected to draw thousands of visitors hoping to avail of big price cutbacks.

The show opens at 10 a.m. right after the opening ceremonies to be graced by Taguig City Mayor Freddie Tinga. GDAP officials led by Butch Halaguena and Golfshow chair Ui Mendoza will also join the rites.

One of the highlights will be the launch of the kids golf program hosted by GDAP. The program, which will kick off May 23, will be a series of golf learning sessions that will be facilitated by some of the best golf coaches in town. There are only 150 slots for participants 7 to 13 years old who have not hit a ball but are very interested to learn the game.
