UP Law Batch '80 fellowship golf on

MANILA, Philippines - The University of the Philippines College of Law Batch ‘80 is hosting a golf fellowship today at the Sherwood Hills Golf Club in Trece Martires, Cavite. Registration starts at 10 a.m. Shotgun tee-off is at 12 noon.

The Star Scholar’s Fund is an educational trust fund established by the UP Law Batch ‘80 Foundation Inc.

The foundation, chaired by Undersecretary Louie Liwanag, boasts of the finest law practitioners in the country, under president Raoul Angangco and executive vice president Cong. Rufus Rodriguez. 

Other members of the foundation’s board of trustees are Justice Undersecretary Linda Hormillo-Malenab, along with legal eagles Katrina Legarda, Judge Rafael Lagos, Arno Sanidad, Nonoy Tan, Juju Lotilla, Yeyen Aquino, Marites Sison-Go, Jun Garcia, Julio Elamparo, Tom Danguilan, among others.

Proceeds from the charity golf tourney will go to the educational benefit of the children affected by the Trece Martires industrial accident last Jan. 31.

The golf fellowship is presented in cooperation with Trece Martires Mayor Melencio Sagun Jr.
