Del Rosario, Panaguiton shine in ABC bowling

MANILA, Philippines - Nepthy del Rosario of Boysen Paints rolled a six-game series of 1225 to capture the Group I crown while Eugene Panaguiton of Pro Active Pest Control scored 1110 to cop the Group 2 plum in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at the Green Valley Bowling Lanes in Pasig City last week.

May Sabater of Felport Mktg. had 1124, Denis Jalandoon of Sika Phils. made 1214 and Ed Hordejan of Lepanto Tiles submitted 1207 to finish second, third and fourth, respectively, in Group I in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Edwin Laguitan (1083) of ABC Phils., Violy Magsakay (1028) of Ragojos Heritage Const. and Malou del Rosario (1024) of Philflex Wires and Cables placed second, third and fourth, respectively in Group 2.

Meanwhile, the ABC board has scheduled the ABC bowling clinics on April 7 at 7 p.m. to be handled by coach Angelo Constantino. ABC president Romi de Jesus is inviting all licensed architects to join the event held every Tuesday as ABC primes up for its 32nd anniversary with a month-long tournament and club outing in Hong Kong.

Action in the event, backed by Emerald Vinyl, Crown Pipes, Hocheng Phils., Pacific World Building Mgmt. and Supreme Steel Pipes Corp., resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of the quarterly championship, also at the Green Valley lanes.
