MANILA, Philippines - The Milo Basketball Efficiency and Scientific Training (BEST) Center holds 37 clinics in Metro Manila and 26 more in the provinces, making it the only sports clinic with the widest, nationwide reach in terms of venues and students enrolled.
In Metro Manila, BEST Center has initially tapped 12 new venues, including new hosts Pace Academy and St. Clare-Caloocan, with more schools and gymnasiums currently in talks with BEST Center chairman and founder Nic Jorge for possible hosting of additional clinics.
“The response we’re getting from venues and school institutions is tremendous,” Jorge said.”It is proof that 31 years after the founding of the BEST Center, young cagers and their parents still trust and come back to train with the BEST Center. In fact, even former professional basketball stars bring their kids to us, completing a cycle years after they have trained with us.”
According to Jorge, enrollment has started at Christ the King Seminary on E. Rodriguez Avenue in Quezon City for Monday and Thursday sessions in Introduction to Basketball Levels 1-3 April 2-30, at 1-4 p.m.
St. Clare College in Camarin, Caloocan, meanwhile, is also accepting students for its Tuesday and Friday sessions, April 3-May 1, from 1-4 p.m.
BEST Center will also bring its clinics to key cities and provinces nationwide with Roxas City, Cebu, Laguna, Pampanga, Batangas, Zamboanga, Bacolod, Baguio, Iloilo, Pangasinan, General Santos, Butuan, Davao and Tuguegarao providing the initial venues for local students.
Enrollees will be accepted at the BEST Center office, 34 Scout Lozano, Barangay Laging Handa, Quezon City
