Crack RP-US teams vie in NCA World Slasher

The best in local and American cockfighting clash for top honors in the National Cockers Alliance (NCA) World Slasher Championship slated Jan. 13, 15, and 17 at Ynares Center in Pasig City.

Several prominent Filipinos have joined forces with their American friends, including Gerry Ramos who has teamed up with George Torres, Norland Rockwell, James Campbell and Claude Bautista.

JV Magsaysay, on the other hand, will be with Damon Yorkman while the Firefly Group has joined ranks with Joe Wolcott, Dan Gray, Larry Whitehead and Carl Stichard of Ohio.

Mickey Tallent, Ty Tallent, and the Binangonan Group have also formed a formidable team while Fil-Am Romy Arciaga and Wayne Spurlock of Kentucky have also closed ranks for the event.

The Filipino and American combinations in the NCA World Slasher Derby will be up against a formidable local challenge.

Dan Gray, Tommy Cooper, Jeff Halstedt, and Joe Wolcott head the US cockers’ roster.
