Zubiri, Concepcion shine in ABC bowl

Lito Zubiri of Pacific World Building Management scored 1293 pinfalls to rule Group I while Dong Concepcion of Pro Active Pest Control took the Group 2 plum with an 1155 in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at the Green Valley lanes in Pasig City last week.

Nepthy del Rosario of Boysen Paints turned in 1240, Paeng Villanueva of Emerald Vinyl had 1157 and Nonoy de Jesus of Philflex Wires and Cables came up with 1135 to finish second, third and fourth, respectively, in Group I in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Ryan Jalandoon (1140) of Hocheng Phils., Violy Magsakay (1090) of Bradnam’s Windows and Doors and Boyet Libiran (1083) of Ragojos Heritage Constructions placed second, third and fourth, respectively, in Group 2.

Meanwhile, action in the event, backed by Eurolux, Sika Phils., Supreme Steel Pipe Corp., ABC Phils., Felport Marketing, DN Steel, Firefly Lightings, Medwest Tech. Inst., Pansun Pipetech Corp. and Crown Pipes, resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of the monthly championships for December at the Star Mall Complex on Shaw Blvd. corner Edsa.
