PSP 'Run Against Pain' set Saturday

The Pain Society of the Philippines (PSP) will hold an 8-km fun run dubbed “Run Against Pain” and a 1-km fun walk on Oct. 18 at the Luneta Park.

The event, held in conjunction with the celebration of the Global Day Against Pain, will fire off at 5:30 a.m. with members and families of PSP, other medical societies involved in pain management, representatives from the pharmaceutical industry, and running enthusiasts expected to participate.

The PSP is an accredited medical society of the Phil. Medical Association and a national chapter of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP).

Registration is ongoing at the ANTA store on 9th Ave. in High Street at the Bonifacio Global City and at the Vasquez Madrigal Plaza Bldg., 51 Annapolis St. in Greenhills, San Juan City. Entry fee is P250 with running singlet given upon listup.
