Figueroa will go up against Indonesia’s Rina Dewi Puspita Sari, while Cabral meets Anabarasi Subramaniam from Malaysia.

Two members of the women’s team, however, bowed out. Edwina delos Reyes yielded to Anabarasi Subramaniam of Malaysia; and Katherine Annalyn Santos lost to Fairuz Manisah Binti Che Ibrahim of Malaysia, 139-145.
