The Epson Summer Badminton Camp has enlisted the services of three former national team players to facilitate its first of two training sessions starting tomorrow at the Pioneer Badminton Club.

Camp director Eg Lim, together with RP teammates Malvin Alcala and Steven Yan, will impart the skills and techniques they had learned from their stint in the national squad.

"By the time the participants had finished the Epson Camp, they will experience remarkable improvement in their motor and physical skills," said Lim, who prepared various modules for all types of players.

Aside from motor and physical skills, Lim said participants would also be oriented on the proper rules of the game, court discipline and court etiquette.

Pioneer Badminton Club’s Edmin Tarriela, the chief organizer of the event sponsored by Epson, said the second batch of participants will also go through a 10-week session scheduled May 10-31.

Tarriela added the Epson camp, open to all badminton enthusiasts young and old, will present an extensive two-week training courses for beginners, intermediate and advanced players.
